The draw will take place weekly on Mondays at the end and then we Welfare @ 9.30
All payments must be made in advance of the draw - there will be no exception to this rule
All tickets must be completed in full and be legible
In the case of tickets paid by Direct Debit these tickets must maintain the same numbers each week - the tickets will be written out, checked by the customer, confirmed and laminated to eliminate any accusation of tampering.
Laminated tickets are accepted by the club as a reoccurring ticket and will be checked by officials of Bedwellty RFC directly after the draw and by the Secretary.
Direct Debit Payments must arrive before 4pm on the day of play.
If a customer decides to stop playing the ticket/s will be removed.
Numbers drawn will be posted at the Welfare on the noticeboard and on our social media sites on Monday nights.
Direct debit payments and PayPal payments will be checked weekly before each draw - information on using the direct debit methods of payment is available from the secretary.
While every effort will be made to contact the individual - in the event of a claim it remains the responsibility of the ticket holder to make their individual claim to the jackpot
In the event of a claim the promoter’s decision is final
